- Coach and support Project Managers and teams regarding methodology, processes, standards and QM tools. - Communicate with customers in alignment with the Project Managers/Architects about quality related topics. - Define and execute the Quality Strategic direction for quality assurance/quality control activities. - Monitor project progress during execution to ensure project compliance with respect to SOX / IP / ISO 9001, and propose corrective actions for projects. - Perform Test Management activities, including test strategy creation and execution, coordination & leading the test team in various test cycles, work with Scrum teams to align expectations on schedules and effort, and support on ASE implementation. - Perform Performance Testing(ABAP Single User and LoadRunner) and Automation Testing (HP UFT and Selenium Webdriver) as project required. - Responsible for generation of Quality Reports and sharing with all stakeholders. - Take the Project Manager role for some development projects, and to fulfill project objectives within timeline and budget. - Lead Shanghai QM and Test team to perform Quality Management and Testing related activities for multiple Custom Development projects during the project lifecycle. - Engage in constantly improvement on development methodology.
