Current4 years working on Nokia Mobile phone e-JRD program, well known the mobile phone development process, product Mech. Structure and HW module; Familiar with the mobile phone production process, Achievement: NOKIA 303, 210, 230 Launch in market. Main responsibility and skills as below:Building DFM team, review the Mech. And HW design and give suggestion to RD to optimize the design.Defining the DFM target, budget plan, development master schedule, risk management, quality management, and so on.Diving the EFI meeting, Kick-off meeting, EWP meeting with target factory.Collecting the build requirement; define the build purpose, well known the key component and second source verification plan. Making the build plan and build instruction, hold weekly meeting to review build preparation status.Organizing the team on-site support the build, daily report the build status, coordinate with the team to solve issues during the build.Organizing the team to work out the build report, follow up the on-going issue improvement status. Arranging the proto shipment and support the proto manager to distribute the proto.Close communication with the target factory, arrange training to factory key persons, and follow up the factory investment for MP.PD review report preparation and reporting.Supporting all target factories NPI and LV; make sure the product RU smoothly.BOM structure review and ECN approval. Product maintenance phase:Support sourcing or RD to do some cost down solution verification. Line trail & Trail run arrangement.Monitor the factory production status and organize the resource help factory to solve issues they meet during the production maintenance phase. Make sure the production running smoothly.
