Rachel has almost 16 years working experience in consumer insight, 7 years in agency side and 8+ years in client side. She is very solid in various research cases including product innovation, communication as well as branding. In terms of research types, she could master both quantitative and qualitative, traditional and digital research.On top of her solid working experience of consumer insight, she is responsible to build up standardized data management and governance, which infuses business with solid commercial analysis and localized consumer insights. The data system contains various sources such as internal sales data, second hand retail data and big data from mainstream ecommerce platforms, i.e., TMALL/JD Data Bank/ Shufang/ BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE. On the other hand, Rachel is bright and energetic with strong responsibility and has excellent team spirit. She’s supportive and truly concerned about the well-being of her team.
