New product smart phone mechanical parts development，Co-work with north American customer team for plastic and stamping tools DFM.Processing equipment and Fixture DFM and process flow chart review. RFQ handling and overall process yield improvement and cost reduction.

Responsible for TV deparment management and co-work with TW headquater for LCD product transfer and resource allocation. Co-work with local procurement department for supplier selection.Co-work with QE and CS for customer audit and customer complaint handling.

Responsible for four different type customers‘ products such as packing material equipment,baby monitor,Sensor and PCBA. Follow up new product from development,Prepare material, production and delivery schedule.Handling the issues and design change and customer complain.

Supporting program manager to make the development plan and resource plan of power tools such as saws and router.Help the R&D manager and engineers follow the tooling,verify the sample and arrange the assembly pilot run and reliability test. Organize weekly review meeting to review the schedule and issues.

Design assembly fixture and write process flow,Translate the manual of new machine from English to Chinese.
