1.Manage NPI & development builds, work with cross function teams to ensure new product time to market and time to volume.2. Mass production Ramp & Capacity early planning and material readiness, act as an escalation point for critical supply and capacity issues.3. Drive MFG operational excellence in factory leveraging ODM resource as well as ongoing efficiency and improvement across ODMs & in-house factories.4.Anticipate projects operational risk, communicate and mitigate work closely with client to manage line bring-ups, qualification, material spot-buy availability and quality issue, secure right level of capacity base on NPI build forecast.5.Coordinate with factory and Operation/Logistic teams to prioritize critical shipments/orders and ensure orders ship clearly as scheduled. Ensure reporting is accurate and timely. Lead quarterly business reviews with cross function teams.6. Lead regular meeting/checkpoint review meeting/War rooms to communicate plans with team operations and demand & supply planning. Adapt plans based on EC from internal or external requirement.7. Oversea sustaining previous generations projects as life cycle management, arrange MFG resources for any sustaining activities & processes & builds & shipments & communications.8. Family with Plastic tooling/ Stamp tooling/powder coating/Oil paint/ Die-casing/PCBA /Assembly /E-mobility concept development.

-5 years of Plastic injection tooling assemble & maintenance leader, -2 years experience of tooling designer -Family with 1 shot/double shot/ IML tooling for Nokia/Motorola
