1.Develop a new market of Industry & Energy & Infra field, seek and analyse the project information2. Introduce new technology and products to customer, act as a solution maker of the client;3. Keep regular visit, provide satisfied service upon customer’s request;4. Focus on target customer and sell the right products as much as possible in most efficient way.5. Complete and achieve the annual budget and target as company required.

1. Work closely with Direct Sales and Specification Sales as a team to secure projects;2. Answer technical inquiries from both sales& customer and build technical confidence for customer;3. Develop depth in both technical & industry knowledge for coatings (includes PFP and anti-corrosion products) ;4. Technical influence for industry association, via attending external conference, contribution in GB/industry standards;5. Deliver technical knowledge training internally and externally
