Greater China payroll lead, managing a team of 17 members who are responsible for over 19000 Accenture employees' payroll and relevant benefits’ management. Maintain and improve the relationships with stakeholders, partners and vendors. Continuously drive the digital transformation in the operation. GBSN China payroll lead, managing 6 members to support ANZ payroll operation and 4 members to support Malaysia payroll operation in a hybrid model. Lead the team to establish a payroll hub for Accenture.In the case of project, I devoted to driving the China payroll system on-boarding project. Overall be responsible for discussing the requirements with the vendor, UAT, Parallel test, and change management. When Hong Kong payroll was transited from local team, operation transition and the system buildup project were managed at the same time.Transition experience is in HK/Taiwan/ANZ/MYS.

Take the Gallia (France, Belgium, Netherland) transition. Build up Gallia team (15 new members) and coach them to acquire the necessary knowledge and skills. Standardize the transited process and improve the compliance level of the process.

APAC Contact point in Global Finance Process Architecture team, responsible for driving global system on-boarding/change/termination projects. (e.g. Project of building up new interface between myTE and SAP; Project of building global compliance audit system; ectSix Sigma Black Belt training in India and complete the BB project of establishing and standardizing local spending management process for payroll team.

Responsible for Compliance auditing. Be awarded with Six Sigma Green Belt with the project of leaning envelop management process.
