Responsible for China FE ENG team at Eaton Shanghai▪ Setup the China Engineering orgnization for the Fuel Emission related products to achieve China self-sufficient.▪ Fulfill the interview, hiring, and new entry integration requirement under high pressure.▪ Cooperate with sales for the pursuit▪ Ensure that all project activities finish together with Program manager, plant and supplier development team for the new project launch▪ Lead the localization for the FE products from Engineering point of view▪ Work close with global team for both cross location project and people development▪ Inspire the team work

Responsible for Competence Center 2 (EEA&DLA) at Continental Wuhu▪ Ensure a technically optimized design for the development projects▪ Ensure that all project activities follow the defined processes▪ Ensure that all projects are performed in budget, in quality and in time▪ Strategy of the R&D competence center (technological focus, staffing, org. structure, ...)▪ Promotion/demotion of employees▪ Manage and improve general and technical capability in R&D competence center (training, coaching, mentoring)▪ Ensure staff for projects (recruiting, enabling)▪ Be interface to Segment Application Development in terms of technology, standard, process, tooling

Responsible for eCBV ME group at Continental Wuhu▪ Define time schedule in collaboration with engineer and PM▪ Track task progress according to the time schedule▪ Organize regular meetings to review the project status▪ Lead the design review in each phase of the projects within group▪ Check and release the data and/or drawing into SAP-PDM▪ Motivate engineers in the group to finish the documents according to the procedure requirement▪ Check all documents ▪ Ensure an appropriate staffing for projects▪ Ensure a technically optimized design for the development projects ▪ Ensure a smooth implementation of all projects ▪ Analysis of problems reported from production line and/or from customer

Response for the R&D work of some products in EGR Group at Continental Wuhu▪ Mechanical structure design including material selection, CAD modeling, tolerance calculation, create drawings, create and update bill of materials▪ Risk analysis for mechanical engineering▪ Review design with tooling expert and manufacturing planning▪ Work on initial sample inspection reports▪ Documentation of development results (CAD data, test specification, review protocols)▪ Coordination with responsible manufacturing planer▪ Support of customer ▪ Support of Focus Factory after SOP
