Manage NEJM医学前沿 digital promotion plans and Campaigns.· Project management, resource, time, quality and cost control, ensure the quality of the deliverables and make sure the project can be completed more than expected.

Responsible for the whole process of project management from product design, development and release. Including iOS and Android apps, website, WeChat / Weibo.Multi-platform user data analysis and reporting.

Multi channel marketing, digital channel product design, development, management. Involving digital channel products are APP, Website, E_learning Content, Digital Platform Content, etc..Responsible for the whole process of project management from product design, delivery and development. To client requirement, market demand and business needs analysis, and constantly optimize the product, improve product quality.Responsible for the overall evaluation of the project, design and implementation of the program, and participate in the design and production, etc..Responsible for team building, motivation and evaluation.多渠道营销（Multi channel marketing ），数字渠道（digital marketing）产品设计，开发，管理。涉及数字渠道产品有APP,Website, E_learning Content, Digital Platform Content等。负责从产品设计、交付开发到正式上线的项目管理全过程。收集需求，对用户需求、市场需求和业务需求进行调研分析，不断优化产品，提升产品质量。负责对项目整体评估，设计执行方案，并且参与设计制作等环节。跨部门协调和沟通，推动UI、技术开发、技术对接与协调，确保产品高质量的交付。负责团队的建设、激励、考评、培养，持续提升团队工作热情、工作质量和工作效率。
