Responsible for social recruitment of senior talents (including foreigners and overseas talents), candidate searching&selection, communication and interview arrangement;2. Follow up the business unit recruitment process, including the talent search, efficiently managing the candidates and establishing the recruitment process SOP, as well as regular outputting recruitment report;3. Participate in part of campus recruitment, including overseas colleges and universities communication, candidates'communication, HR interviews;4. Understand the business strategy and promote the effective planning and implementation of human resource strategy.
