Prepare and review monthly financial statements and prepare Group (real estate and wellness industry) consolidation report;Prepare full P&L analyst and rolling forecast accordingly; work with operation team for wellness program PL; review and plan expense forecast and control for corp departments; review cashflow status together with treasury for Real Estate part;Prepare and review annual budget planning and consolidation according to actual result and management strategy;Support Senior Manager to build finance model for business;Optimize Reporting system with Singapore reporting team to improve daily process and finance statement structure for China entities;Assist internal and external auditors to conduct audit;Other ad hoc work as needed

Work with local accounting team to prepare IFRS financial statements according to PRC reports;Prepare routine reports especially for sales;Review expense controlling;Prepare quarterly rolling forecast and annual budget;Provide support to engineering department for new CAPEX planning;Support internal and external audit

Perform audit procedures, including process and financial statement audit, for clients from different industries;Prepare reports and deliverables for Group reporting;Assist managers to manage project schedule and cost
