 主要职责: 作为项目组面对客户的主要接口人，负责出口合同交付、售后客户的维护与管理。 1. 出口合同洽谈：包括参与项目投标洽谈环节，提供物流预算/生产周期/进出口法规/贸易条款/信用证开立等项目信息支持投标团队，协助敲定项目交付相关细节； 2. 合同管理和交付：启动并跟踪订单，确保订单的及时排产和相关资源的及时分配；在项目执行过程中达成合同规定的里程碑并完成阶段性报告； 3. 成本控制：通过在项目执行过程中优化可变成本实现项目成本控制，定期与财务部门及成本控制团队回顾项目进展及项目损益表，把控项目毛利率、利润率等指标； 4. 售后客户维护及回款：及时跟进项目后期状态， 按时完成回款；获取客户体验及反馈信息，解决客户投诉，提高客户满意度； 5. 海外现场工作支持：根据项目需求提供短期实地支持，协助现场项目负责人完成相应工作； 6. 第三方物流管理。 Key tasks: the main interface to the customers in back office for all the project related issues. 1. Contract negotiation: cooperate with sales team to provide tendering support, necessary information consults such as exports regulations/customs requests/logistics service quotation etc. 2. Order management: Make sure customer's orders are launched timely and correctly; check manufacture and materials status; inform and update order status to internal contacts and customers in a timely manner; secure on-time delivery by coordinating related resources and departments such as sales, logistics, R&D team, operation team and third-party suppliers; Provide delivery plan and logistics budget; solve any delivery issues till the order is fulfilled; 3. Customer care: Solve escalations and internal/external complaints in the process of contract implementation; prepare project reports; 4. Project cost control: Prepare and update project budget; optimize project variable costs with on-site team to reduce project cost during project implementation; regularly review project progress and income statement with finance department and cost control team; gross/profit margin control;  5. Post-sales support: Push payments for on-due and overdue invoices, achieve quarterly/annual cash targets; provide sales/cash forecast; follow-up project issues and complaints (if any) in warranty period to maximize customer satisfaction;  6. On-site support and business reception: provide on-site PM service if needed and help arrange and participate in customer visit such as factory inspections.
