1, Serve as Senior Sustainability Technologist, lead a team of 2 staffs in Kingfisher Shanghai sustainability department, managing the compliance assessment matters over 400 suppliers, ensure all vendors/factories, audit agencies and employees fully understand and comply with Kingfisher code of conduct. 2, Responsible for leading the development and implementation of Carbon Reduction programs across Kingfisher's China Sourcing offices. Provides leadership for the program and engage more than 100 suppliers. Provides technical expertise and promote the adoption of the energy efficiency technologies in factories, drive over 20% carbon reductions in average. Focus to support the objectives that Kingfisher submitted to Science based target initiatives.3, Lead the community-based programs across Kingfisher China sourcing offices, such as Left behind Children Program, Youth Development Program, organize company volunteer activities, beneficial thousands of workers 4, Oversees and manages finance to ensure appropriate budget and staff resources are available for the team and projects.5, Develop organization capacity and capability, improve team engagement6, Establish relationships with relevant stake holders, Consultant Companies, NGOs, media etc7, Collaborate with other team members to implement of the related sustainability projects on following area: 2nd Tier supplier management, responsible timer procurement, chemical management, track and control of the risky materials.8, Organize vendor conference and deliver training to suppliers annually.
