 2017-2020 1st line Application engineer in ASML(Field Application engineer) Support product team and account team(marketing) activity in the field, which will win the potential business Provided advanced metrology solutions for the semiconductor manufacturing industry, including regular uDBO• HMQ solution and OCAP solution which will decrease the problem caused by customer process SMIC SH owner of Yieldstar (ASML Metrology tool),first local person to penetrate YS related activities in China• Help secure the successful introduction of uDBO for the Logic HKMG N28 and FIN FET N14 product• Hands on all layers of 28nm/14nm/N+1/N+2 FEOL/MEOL/BEOL for uDBO solution • Currently all immersion layers are under uDBO control, which will win the business for ASML new function also new possibilities. • Collect customer special request for YS function and feedback to VHV SOP transfer and Knowledge sharing both internal and external, which will share loading for each other and improve work efficiency as a whole team. Be the site owner for supporting ASML analysis tool development(White Rabbit)• Support product team and account team(marketing) activity in the field, which will win the potential business • Be the bridge between SMIC customer and VHV DE team• Collect customer request for function and GUI optimization suggestion, do the demo, then feedback to VHV Regular sustain issue troubleshooting, go fishbone and escalate to 2rd line/VHV if needed, discuss together and make the action plan. Cross site support for YMTC in 2017 and SMIC BJ 2018,training the new-hired customer and colleague for uDBO related knowledge.
