1) Organized 4 times wheel loader fix&variable hydraulic system modification and test project. In this project I defined project target, project scope, analyzed kinds of project risks, organized kinds of resources to accomplish milestones according to the schedule and finally achieved the project target in a reasonable budget. 2) Organized wheel loader ride control hydraulic system modification and test project. In this project I set the project target, staff responsibilities reasonably and processed the project schedule and cost management, and finally complete the project on time. 3) Managed project of whole scheme design and cost estimation for valves function tester. Organized project of whole scheme and verification of pump & motor power recycle test stand. 4) At the same time took charge of multifunctional valve blocks design and technical support for agriculture machine and forklift OEMs.

As the sole hydraulic test Engineer in the plant ,take charge of the Six speed Transmission Electrical Hydraulic Control Module hydraulic test and hydraulic test failure analysis system (high and cold temperature).This module is used for GM Regal, Lacrosse, Chevrolet cars etc. Totally more than 6 million $ non-standard hydraulic equipments which running 24 hours every day in charged by me. Main work and performance include:1) As one of the cores improve first time pass yield from 60-70% to 95%,day yield from 0 to 5400 pieces. 2) Manage and repair equipments , lunch new equipments, update equipments，manage equipments suppliers 3) Teamwork with design team, production team, quality team.4) Lead and tutor technicians to complete the yield of tester and performance target 5) Got once champion and once runner-up in the recent two Test Star Contest in Continental Tianjin which hold every two years. 2010.10 Supervised supply’s proportional valve production line in Suzhou Saturn Electronics and Electric Valve Co.,Ltd for two weeks.2011.4 Support new product lunch in Cautula, Mexico sent by continental.

Worked as product engineer and took charge of cartridge valves development and cylinders design.

1) As the project leader of electric actuator machine test equipment development, took charge of team leading, project management, selection of technical scheme and signing technical agreements, project risks analysis, and hydraulic system and mechanic design, test error calculation and project delivery on schedule finally etc works. Applied a patent as the first writer in this project. 2) Develop test stands.3) Hydraulic winch, oil pipe of the equipment technical support on CPCC engineering ship in the South China sea.
