1.Host to discuss and develop the DPS/TRACC/Lean strategy and implementation plan and execute it in daily work2.Leading to develop yearly COT&KPI according to company strategy and site focus area3.Leading to develop the process of department level lost and waste analysis base on focus area this year, KPI performance last year, result of yearly management review meeting, and really apply it in BUS, then identify many opportunities and summarize it.4.Leading to develop the process of shift level lost and waste analysis by analyzing the eight waste in process step by step, and quantify them into five lost, then identify the opportunities for depart and shift5.Review VSM yearly and through waste discovery journey to identify opportunities6.Summarize the findings & suggestion from line tour, auditing, then identify opportunities7.Prioritize all opportunities above by using 2*2 matrix and then put them into pipeline to manage them monthly, and also provide training to project leader and member to push them finish projects efficiently, such as SMED, 5S, MSA, SPC, DOE. Verify all saving from these projects and put them into tracking system. 8.Leading to fulfill Green belt, Kaizen leader, lean production knowledge training according to yearly training plan and mentor them to complete their projects and get certification9. Mentor BU to establish and implement DPS/TRACC/Lean implementation plan, customize training material and train the operator and staff, host the DPS/TRACC/Lean knowledge and best practice sharing and execute quick win base on this sharing.

1.Work as important member to set up two production line successfully from year 2006, after continue improvement, all the performance index keep advantage in Dupont internal2.Assist operation manager to define the COT/KPI of department, systematically follow monitor it weekly and monthly, and make corrective and preventive action if necessary3.Maintain and improve SHE performance by executing Process Safety Management, SFEO, Safety start and other tools and methods4.Work with global team to improve process by using six sigma and lean tools, solve quality and process problems, quickly response and solve customer complaint by using RCFA method, develop FMEA and control plan for production line 5.Leading and participating Green belt projects and Kaizen events, train the project leaders and members to building up the lean culture6.Work with global team to develop capital investment plan and implement it and monitor the result7.Work with supply chain team, production team and maintenance team to develop equipment PPM, through UD reduction, uptime improvement and multi skill operator and other projects to improve productivity8.Control cost, through spare parts system optimization, spare parts localization, human error elimination, and other Kaizen and six sigma projects to reduce cost

1.Design the equipments/tools, and to be manufactured in localization, receive the goods and launch into the new line in time, continue improvement and cost down2.Maintain the existing equipments/tools
