- Review std cost monthly and make adjustments in SAP.- Conduct cycle count and annual inventory count.- Review warranty&scrap applications and process in SAP.- Review PPV and adjust as needed.- Reconcile inventory accounts e.g. RM, WIP, FG.- Reclassify floor stock balance.- Margin report check and reconciles with GL.- Low margin sales order check and explanation.- Capitalization for PPV Duty and OH.- Quarterly report for slow moving and warranty.- Report preparation: monthly margin Report;Labor/Equipment Efficiency Reporting; Opex report.- Payroll Accrual/Bonus Accrual.- Standard cost annual update.- Tax declaration.
