1.as a manager , responsible for the HAND project , manage the scope, schedule, budget and quality control for the project . 2.manage consultant resources, coordinate and raise the level of consultants. 3.Lead the implementation project management and report to the client , conduct testing to ensure the solution performs as designed. 4.prepare the proposal material & participate as pre-sale consultant , responsible for some new project opportunity. 5.lead the team to implement Oralce ERP project and have completed 3 projects at the same time. 6. unscheduled group construction, suggesting team cohesion.

1.As the head of the module, provides ERP implementation services, including program design, project reporting, functional design and so on. 2.Implement Oracle MFG (MRP/WIP/BOM), SCM (PO/OM/INV), CMRO, and peripheral system modules for the clients , have accomplished small projects (50W+) alone. 2.Function design for customization/interface , configuration for CRP/SIT/UAT/LIVE instance 3.interview the client for the business process and operation analysis. 4.training to key-users and support to end-users 5.Maintain and resolve the system and flow problems , from the user's perspective, complete humanization and operation habits of the system function optimization and improvement.
