Responsibilities &Achievements:【1】Establish Lean- TPM system, and digitization of TPM system.1. Build and improve TPM system for OPPEIN’s 88 workshops. And as the project manager, responsible for TPM digitalization project. Corresponding to OPPEIN TPM system, we developed a customized software (EAM system), it it covers equipment lifecycle management, and real-time TPM management. (It covers devices installation/ acceptance/ transfer/ maintenance/ inspection/ spare parts and devices ledger management, etc.) Now we use EAM system to manage all aspects of devices and TPM teams.2. The annual failure rate of the company was 1.59%, and it was reduced to 0.76% finally; MTTR and MTBF improved from 2.58H & 159.54H to 1.55H & 203.44H; it will save ¥7.6 million yuan per year.【2】Intelligent manufacturing. Analyze the intelligent manufacturing implementation maps with lean thinking and IE methods;1、Automation . The products of OPPEIN is highly made to order, almost each part is different from the others. There was not an effective way of automation for a long time.After a series of investigation and analysis, I gave the automation solution of “synthetical one piece flow”, it became a project soon and invested in Wuxi base. This solution is currently being followed by many domestic peers.2. Digitization. After a lot of on-site investigations in many plants of this industry, I gave a plan to digitalize the production plants by manufacturing big data, and gave the feasibility report. In the plan a series of problems can be solved, such as fine scheduling, OEE management, turning tools failure warning, real-time management of productivity, accurate estimation of manpower and devices, salary assessment, products quotation assistance, etc. The plan was approved by vice president. Now the plan has basically become a primary solution of digitization in this industry.

Responsible for lean & IE production system establishment. Lean production system implementation: TPM/5S/VM/VSM/SW/CI/SMED/PULL SYSTEM/one piece flowIndustrial engineering system implementation: standard time, capacity planning, layout improvement, LOB, automation and lcia introduction, ergonomics, continuous improvement, etc. And I also work on risk management as an assistant manager, responsible for safety of the company. And I have the experience to lead a team with 6 people.Projects:1. Responsible for the assembly U-shape line project, solve quality issues and eliminate wastes, optimize the product design, the assembly UPPH rose 34%.2. Lead the VSM project team, we surveyed the lead time and moved several machines together to build one U-shape line, 80% of the main parts run one piece flow, production lead time reduced from 25 days to 1 day;3. Lead to build up the standard time of the factory.4. Establish "Lean Classroom" include several lean courses for all the staff, invited lecturers from the operations dept. and act as the main lecturer.
