• Responsible for the hotel computer normal installation and operation,to ensure that the installation of pure system,strengthen the system security measures to build and to join the hotel AD Domain,formulate computer room related rules and regulations,work process,disaster recovery plan,strictly follow the hotel and intercontinental group's IT standards;• Familiar with the hotel network structure,wireless network coverage solutions,ensure the update of the network topology,optimize and adjust the network equipment security settings and the related policy,increase the speed of the network,ensure the safety of the internal network and the guest room network stability;• Responsible for all user account management,including account opening,modification,cancellation,etc.give department user specific permissions,management and distribution of different levels of network resources;• Familiar with Cisco,Netgear,H3C,Juniper,Sangfor internet behavior management such as network equipment configuration and management,familiar with the Opera at the front desk management system,infrasys catering management system,shiji picc procurement system,shiji accouting financial system,be-tech door lock system,shiji HRMS personnel management system,engineering escap system;• Responsible for all operating server and network equipment installation and debugging,to ensure the stable operation of equipment,use the symantec backup database of operating system and the public disk data backup in time;• Each quarter to arrange hotel rooms and public area wireless network quality inspection, daily check the running status of AP wireless controller, focus group IT HeartBeat score, proposes the solution to the poor signal area, improve guest satisfaction;• The formulation of the annual IT related fixed assets and expense budget,implement IHG IT CSA regulations,every quarter for CSA self-censorship,encounter problems, timely processing,to ensure the group audit through;

• Packaging system,establish the diskless network structure,planning and design of enterprise network solutions and topology,can network wiring alone,jumper and management of enterprise telephone distribution frame;• Skilled construction Juniper firewall,ISA soft firewall,Cisco three layer core switches,Netgear three layer core switches,H3C routers,RouterOS soft routing and the enterprise VPN setup.• Skilled installation raid arraysand set up the AD domain control server,DHCP server,DNS server,FTP server, File server permissions management,enterprise internal mail server;skilled installation VMWARE Vsphere virtual server and Microsoft Hyper-V virtual server;• Use Symantec Backup of all important data every day,enterprise intranet network security management,IT equipment asset management project design,familiar with all kinds of office equipment,software and consumables price etc;• Familiar with SongMei smart card system （personnel system and consumption system and entrance guard system）,the company's entire system design and deployment,familiar with the SQL2000 database,assist the ERP developers to implement ERP system,manage and maintenance of the ERP system;

• Responsible for the company's LAN and set up hardware and software environment,maintenance,management,ensure the normal operation of the company network and software and hardware environment;responsible for PBX installation and commissioning;• Responsible for the daily maintenance of the server,the data backup and emergency fault handling;• Responsible for network entities,such as servers,switches,hubs,routers, firewalls,gateway,distribution frame,cables,connectors and so on maintenance and management;and network monitoring and hardware and software design,operation optimization;
