* New factory candidates sites audit, location selection, arrange MWH, FM global for preliminary verification, and also inside competent guys on site verification; * Arrange for 3P activity, optimize the production layout (2D,3D mockup), organize the evaluation for Design Institute; arrange the bidding process for DI selection. * Gathering and preparing the equipment’s spec for relocation and new purchasing, provide to the DI for factory and production line design.( including architecture ,fire fighting system, security system, IT system etc) * Timely organize the mufti-functional meeting to review the design drawing during different design phase and integrate the inputs from various directions( Including FM global, Asia Lean team); * Organize for GC’s verification on site after Design package is ready, arrange the competent candidates to visit the old site for process understanding and new site’s site tour for deep understanding; * Edit the GC bidding file, organize for the evaluation of all the candidates; * During the project construction phase, organize for the project supervision, project change control, solve the issues that met with the involvement of DI, FM global, UL,FDA etc ,make the project on schedule; * Inside the company, coordinate for the introduction of QMS, support for equipment and process validation , including IQ,OQ,PQ. * Organize the project meeting T-con every week with the Team from UK, India, USA etc

●NPI introduction for Lenovo International and Lenovo China and Dell， development for Apple new models ●Old model maintenance technical support. ●BOM preparation for new models ●Components technical document transferring for vendor sourcing(LED PCB,FFC,FPC,Plastic, Punching metal etc) ●Vendor audit ●SCAR tracking ●Preside project team meeting ●Initiate ECR, Hold ECN meeting ●New model trial run process map defining ●Trial run follow up for new models ●Lean projects introduction with Japanese senior engineer

●Monitor the quality issue of our supplier of HON, ALLSTEEL ●Allsteel new products(chairs) development follow up. ●Define the acceptance standard for punching parts, Aluminum die casting, Zinc Alloy die casting, Plastic injection parts, casting, painting parts etc. ●Arrange parts for BIFMA test , and tracking the test result. ●Audit existed suppliers and potential vendors ●Tracking and help to close the SCARs of the vendors ●Help to improve vendor’s quality management system.

Responsible for the process documents editing and preparation for Ford and Honeywell. Such as: ●Customer drawing transferring to factory version, communication for ambiguous items, define the critical dimensions that with the requirement for CPK. ●Prepare BOM for new Assy models. ●Edit die casting parts’ manufacturing PFD ●Define die casting forming parameter sheets ●Prepare PFD, Control Plan, FMEA etc PPAP document ●Edit new process for new model ●Optimize old model process
