1.Responsible for solar cell equipment setup and process tuning;such as Hubei Trinsolar,Risun Solar and Netherland Solland Solar workshop;2.New material and cell technology development and transfer into mass production.

Responsible for solar cell new technology development and mass production transfer;Responsible for pilot line setup and team management;Supporting mass production process improvement;Developed PERC cell technology and transfer to production successfully;Also developed and transfered the new cell technology including selective emitter、RIE、high sheet resistance etc. to mass production;

1.In charge of new product introduction from Casting to Module.2. Optimization and standardize process flow of Cell and Module3. Analysis defective cell and module, deduce the root cause, and write to improve report4. Module Cost down, Yield enhancement, optimize monitor system, maintain product line stable5. Prepare material for new technology/product, Yield / efficiency enhancement in the risk run
