• Responsible for supply chain management including planning、import&export、inventory、distribution• Familiar with MD and Non-MD parts import&export policy, work close with Customs、Commodity Inspection Bureau、Tax Bureau、CFDA and in good relationship maintenance as well• Monitoring import&export process, deal with Custom clearance, CIQ inspection, tax refund matters escalated• Develop/optimize import&export process, cost saving and consistently improvement to reduce compliance risks• Responsible for medical parts overseas repair process, including project set-up, RPO management, labelling identification and printing, Customs clearance, and inspection• Connect with China market team to ensure all the backorders/replenishments will deliver on time to fulfill the targets• Responsible for MD and Non-MD bonded/Non-bonded warehouse daily operation and management• Actively drives mode of transport from air to ocean/rail/road for China export shipments to US/NL due to COVID-19 impact which lead to air/ocean uplift restriction with high freight• Initiate China regional distributor center set-up since beginning including location selecting、warehouse tendering、SOP setup and daily operation management

• Making import plan: align with marketing, commercial, finance, to review and confirm the Purchase orders• Importation operations including input SAP system for purchase orders, check and preparing for shipment documents, E-coding operation,customs clearance and drug inspection follow up, inventory management through ROF and monthly meeting with principals.• Provide necessary support for artwork change, license applying and renewing, bidding• Solve damage/quarantine goods and cooperate with BU finance to collect the compensation or extent the payment

• Responsible for the imported pharmaceutical products, with tracking for testing report • Coordinate with the storage , transport, distribution, custom inspection • Responsible for the order fulfillment, tracking and binding all relevant documentation• Work closely with Supply chain Vendors including GSK, Abbott, Pfizer, Novartis, Eisai • Good communication with Custom , Commodity inspection Bureau • Good cooperation with Free-Trade-Zone Warehouse, direct import model and transportation Custom broker
