Sales support: Take charge of segment industry target, `including PLC , SCADA, HMI.  Understand and analyse projects’ requirement, provide process automation design or solution, bidding and quotations Hold seminar with customers, introduce newest automation products and solutions and assist sales to fulfill the annual target. Usually ,I visit them twice one month to solve problem and collect project information. Hold product workshops and trainings to sales, system/design integrators, and involve their technical problems. Four sections in my KPI every quarter: Influence business: how many orders I got, and how many orders I lost; Create application offer: develop segment knowledge; develop new application.Support SI/DI/key customers: develop solution/ sale tools/training with SI/DI/customers Support key projects: Execute programs for key projects In Schneider Electric Execute Hong Kong Sludge Treatment Project: writing FDS, Program coding, FAT.Create sale tools for Sludge treatment  Push the solution of Smart City solution in China (GIS/Hydraulic model/Water network, water loss management and so on). Push new application TRSS & PES, Quantum+ which is the newest and most advanced application in Schneider, and get more orders annually.  The best competence centre team of Schneider Electric 2015 Key account customers increase from 3 to about 30 in 2016. I support more KAM/KA.
