Restructure the corporate IT infrastructure to be on one comprehensive platform, including bookstores, galleries, art exhibitions, music performances, cinemas, shopping malls, food services, hotel, logistics, and cultural and creative corporate businesses in Taiwan, China, Hong Kong, and Japan. Lead the corporate digital transformation program to enhance customer service satisfaction. Highlights of Achievements:• Build a rolling 4-year global IT and Digital Transformation strategy and business plans for 10 business unites in multi countries.• Restructure and upgrade ERP systems to run multi business units in multiple countries.• Build an enterprise-wide BPM system to accelerate corporate approval process on contracting, procurement and corporate operating services. • Build a new corporate data center with stronger security and reliability.• Focus on customer needs to execute corporate digital transformation via omni-channel and personalized marketing service since year 2016.o Generate omni-channel strategy, system architecture and system implementation roadmap. Build fundamental systems and upgrade EC/APP/Webs UI/UX/SEO to make applications simpler, easier, useful and joyful.o Consolidate and manage social media channels (FB x 20, IG x 11, Wechat x 1) with better information content and new technical skills (such as chatbot).o Establish CRM platform to execute data-driven (segment and precision) marketing, campaign automation and personalized customer service.o Improve precision marketing service via big data analysis from customer profile, customer purchasing historical data and on-line behavior info.• Improve enterprise-wide information security via 7x24 SOC, regular code review, ISO27001 certification and US Cybersecurity Framework.• Build the corporate intellectual capital platform to store valuable business, technical and project information.

Led the team to move the business forward into new growth areas such as CRM, global logistics integration, digital transformation, Internet of Things and process automation to bring greater values and insights to the clients. Helped driving large-scale transformation across leading multinational companies in China such as Lenovo, Haier etc.Highlights of Achievements:• Was the project manager for Lenovo global service project to deploy the new IT functionalities and business process in call center, field service, depot, part sales, etc. to worldwide 267+ countries in 3 years.o Was able to lower Lenovo global service cost and to enhance service competitiveness. Lenovo decided to build a single flexible platform to fulfill service delivery. o This was a complex project to collaborate across Lenovo 6 business units and virtual resources globally. o Implemented a new IT solution, new business process and established innovative two CRM boxes solution to support sales and service business. • Led Lenovo global logistics project to unify and integrate Lenovo global logistics business processes cross 130 countries in 2 years.o The biggest and the most complex project in Lenovo. Touched 130 countries around the world for Lenovo business and across 7 Lenovo business units. Total over 280 legacy applications sunset during the process.o Developed a strategic platform for Lenovo global finance, global logistics and product group to sunset legacy applications to save approximately USD2.2M IT cost per month. o Enabled a new unified and integrated end-to-end solution to serve worldwide business.o Led 80+ IBM multinational on-site and virtual resources in this project.o Managed cross border and virtual resources from different time zones and countries.

Was the system integration consultant and project manager. Served on various leadership positions of delivery and engagement in IBM Taiwan. Experienced　in project management and SAP ERP and Oracle ERP system implementation. Had solid experience in the manufacturing and retail industries.Highlights of Achievements:• Provided manufacturing and retail IT strategy and solution to clients.• In charge of project quality assurance for IBM focus / complex projects.• Project Manager for Eslite SAP IS-retail implementation. Implemented the SAP IS-retail solution to enhance Eslite business process of bookstore, tenant and e-commerce business. o The 1st SAP IS-retail implementation project in IBM Greater China Group. Received IBM delivery excellent award for turning the project back to success.o Was a challenging project due to retail huge volume data migration, system integration and change management. o Enabled unified and integrated End-to-End solution to serve Eslite business cross over 6 subsystems (POS, distribution center, e-Commerce, data warehouse, BPM and human resource).• Project Manager for ABB Taiwan SAP upgrade project for 3 months• Project Manager for Wacoal ERP and HR implementation. Implemented SAP ERP solution to enhance Wacoal business process of manufacturing, distribution, finance, HR and POS interface with 600 retail stores.o The 1st apparel industry SAP implementation case in IBM Taiwan. Received IBM Customer Satisfaction Award.o Created repeat buy for Wacoal data archiving service• Project Manager for Browave Oracle ERP implementation. The scope included Browave Taiwan, Hong Kong, BVI and China all subsidiaries with Oracle ERP full modules. Set a record of the shortest Oracle ERP implementation cycle in IBM consulting service.
