Supply chain management- Formulate detailed production and purchase plans based on headquarter sales forecast on each product category, quantity and delivery date;- Understanding product value chain, prime cost calculation and quotation;- Supplier qualification study based on their technical level, capacity, equipment status and working capital, and place orders accordingly;- Follow up order execution to ensure each order be fulfilled on time with good quality;- Develop stock control methodology for semi-finished products and accessories in terms of safety stock level, replenishment level by considering market demand and lead time, evaluate subcontractor's wastage;- Define the package and delivery rules of each model to ensure safe and timely delivery of each order;- Follow up each order from customs declaration, international transportation, and customs clearance, until reception at final destination.Supplier management- Supplier contract management in terms of price negotiation, service standard agreement etc.;- Evaluate each supplier on product quality, working condition, social responsibility etc.;- Make annual SWOT analysis of each supplier, and eliminate those who fail to reach the bottom-line standard;- Draw up short-term and long-term cooperation plans with supplier and define their working emphasis;- Sourcing potential suppliers via on-site factory visits and industry expos, in order to optimize supplier database.
