QUALITY OF TOYS.

Responsible for quality system operation and settle the quality issue during product development and mass production.1.Deal with daily quality issue of IQC/IPQC/OQC/QE. 2. Deal with daily quality issue of physics lab. 3. Monitor the HE/PH control status of related dept.4. Deal with daily customer complains, issue and follow up the CAP or 8D report.5. Good knowledge in product test standard of ASTM F963/EN 71 /ISO 1824 / EN62115 /GB6675 /GB19865 /QSOP /GQMP of Mattel etc. 6. Good knowledge in ISO9001/ISO 14001/ISO/IEC17025 /CCC(toys) /MCS of Disney standard and inner/international audit requirement. 7. Good knowledge in FMEA,DOE, use of quality tools.8. Mainly customer: Disney,Nestle/ TCC etc.

1. Deal with the daily quality issue of production line and other quality issue from QA/QC. 2. Deal with the daily testing issue of toy lab, approval and send out the testing report,conduct QE to follow up the corrective action plan with project engineer. 3. Deal with the daily issue of customer inspection,e.g.:quality issue during inspection, and follow up the CAP to customer. 4. Deal with customer’s complains, and follow up the CAP. 5. Monitor the HE/PH control status of relative dept.if compliance with our customer and ourselves inner requirement. 6. Good knowledge in toys test standard of ASTM F963/EN 71 /EN62115 /GB6675 /GB19865 /QSOP /GQMP of Mattel etc. 7. Good knowledge in outdoor product's test requirement and quality issues deal experiences 8. Good knowledge in ISO9001 /ISO 14001 /ISO/IEC17025 standard and inner/international audit requirement. 9. Mainly customer as below: Mattel/Tomy/Hornby/WGI(Outdoor products)/BH(industry product)/Wal-mark /TRU etc.

Deal with daily quality issue from IQC/IPQC/FQC. Deal with customer complains, and follow up CAP. A special job duty is Apply an Certified Vendor belong to Mattel supplier( metal series), and must pass the audit within 6 months.
