1. Research and develop a new type of enviromental friendly TPU leather applied in auto-industry, design recipes and adjust processing conditions to meet requirements, set up relative test items, test methods and internal standards ranging from raw material to final products; 2. Trouble-shooting for current products and properties improvement by adjusting product sructure, recipe and processing conditions; 3. TPU properties modification to meet requirement of various applications; 4. Technical service and complaint handling.

1. Flame retarded PE cable material research and development, set up and optimize products recipes and processing conditions to improve products quality, establish relative test items, test methods and standards to meet customers' requirements, including final products and raw materials; 2. Development of a new flame retarded silicone rubber which used in PE cable material to replace one composite purchased from outside to save the cost while improving products properties; in addition, build up related test items, test methods and standards including raw materials, in-process products and final products; 3. Technical service and complaint disposing.

1) Pay visits to customers regularly, help them to solve problems, ask for their requirements, find new business opportunities, negotiate products specification with potential customers and translate into projects initiation. 2) Training and new products introduction at customers' site; 3)Work with R&D colleagues to detect the products drawbacks, adjust recipes and optimize processing conditions to improve the quality and competence of our products; 4) TPU raw materials evaluation: conduct the experiments, compile results and provide applicaiton suggestion to submit to production manager for usage reference; 5) TPU new products and trial products properties evaluation, setup technical data sheet and collect the feedbacks from customer ; 6) Investigate the root causes of non conformance products and find out the corrective solutions during manufacturing to eliminate similar cases happen.
