1) Devise annual work plan according to the strategic plan defined by the Board.2) Manage the whole factory operations including Product Development, Component/Materials Procurement, MRP, Quality control, Customs declaration, Warehouse/Incentory control...etc.3) Active engagement leadship style in leading the R&D team including Hardware, Software, Acoustic, Mechanical and Automated testing engineering.4) Reponsible for the P&L of both HK R&D office and China factory which accounted for over 80% of the whole company. 5) To Lead factory management team and different BU's project development team to deal with both overseas' customers and China officals.
