Responsibility：1.Establish material & outsourcing supplier quality management system and set up criteria、methodology for each phase，ensure to meet entire quality system requirement；2.Establish and maintain supplier management database，continuously improve the supplier management cost；3.Set up SQE team, take accountable for all suppliers quality management of each factory, and continuously improve team’s capability。Achievements：1.Established and optimized material and outsourcing supplier quality management system, including new supplier evaluation, AVL supplier quality management(trouble shooting、QSA & QPA、change management、performance assessment, new material standard confirmation, continuous improvement), supplier obsolescence；2.Sorted & analyzed supplier information, redefined the supplier category, reduced supplier amount from 395 to 187 through genba audit and related data analysis；3.Improve cell's main material & PCBA lot accepted rate from 98.5% to 99.24%;4.Completed 18 new supplier assessment(5 suppliers are at high risk, stop introducing);5.Closed loop of 109 quality incidents of material and CM factory;6.Completed 14 supplier change and 24 material verification monitoring;7.Optimized hazardous substance management procedure, reduce 50% of labor loading for hazardous substance testing.

Responsibility：1.Project quality management: Establish project quality assurance strategic, follow open item, organize technical review, assess if project progress meet expectation；2.Customer demand: Handle customer complain, coordinate customer audit, and regular customer visit；3.Process quality: defect analysis, non-conformance assessment, drive continuous improvement, organize QPA；4.Shipment & return: Data assessment for each shipment, customer return analysis and optimization；Achievement：1.Smoothly delivered HP NB project H43， sale was around 130 million till 2019；2.Handled 43 customer complains, 25 customer audits;3.Drove continuous improvement, introducing automatic IV test, decrease 1 operator per sheet and improve test reliability;4.Assessed risk of QIs ≥15 times, around 1 million cells;5.Improved customer return from 3.27% to 0.15%, optimized shipment grouping data pass rate from 10% to 92%.

Responsibility：1.Handle process and product defect;2.Improve yield through process optimization、equipment and jig & fixture optimization;3.Improve productivity through IE working method;4.Participate in project development to assess process technology in advanced；Achievement：1.Take lead to establish manufacturing standard and optimizing methodology for TRW & ZF production line;2.Delivered 150K cost avoidance per year through automatic welding instead of manual;3.Improve productivity through line balance、test optimization etc. ZF line 30%(CT reduced 8s), TRW line 20%(CT reduced 5s) ；4.Eliminated issue of PCBA(defect rate 2.3%) through adjusting laser soldering parameter by DOE；6.Optimized double ultrasonic welding instead of single welding to improve 20% productivity(CT reduced 5s).
