Currently, I am a Junior Sous Chef at a luxury Thai hotel. Before this, I worked alongside three Thai chefs, where I deeply learned a variety of Thai culinary techniques, mastered the pairing of different sauces and seasonings, and accumulated rich experience in Western cuisine. While working in Leshan, I was sent to the Jinjiang Hotel’s Jinyue French Restaurant in Chengdu to study French cuisine. I love exploring and trying different cuisines and enjoy blending various flavors and cultural elements into my dishes.Since entering the catering industry in 2018, I have worked at DoubleTree by Hilton in Anshun, Ramada & Guizhou Aowei Hotel in Anshun, Jinjiang Hotel in Leshan, and Anantara Resort Hotel·Siam Thai in Guiyang.
