Be responsible for spare parts sourcing management; accessory parts sourcing; critical parts(like engine, transmission etc) lifecycle management; have a close relationship with marketing dept after sales team to cope with urgent after sales issues.

Be responsible for sourcing process, system and cost control. Do regular internal audit inside purchasing dept; review commodity sourcing strategy with purchasing leadership; do regular trainings to buyers; be responsible for various commercial documents filings

Be responsible for cradle, rr axle, control arm, links, shifter, pedals, cables, VAA advance soucing activities; and handle the following commercial price negotiations caused by engineering changes; and the corresponding after sales spare parts sourcing; to establish a competitive supplier base for different commodities to achieve a good price; do global sourcing activities with each regions; regular conference calls with each regions
