As CFO of A.L.China 1.Review and monitor annually budget,including operational budget, capital budget, rolling forecast; 2.Take charge of KPI calculation and review 3.Take charge of financial report in compliance with Chinese GAAP and IFRS 4.Ensure proper internal control implement process in the transactions level; support Sales/Marketing/Supply chain to ensure successful commercialization of product bundles and other business initiatives; 5.Supervise monthly, yearly closing and tax issues as well as funding/financing, and represent corporation to external parties e.g. banks and tax and other authorities; 4.Implement group pricing and costing policy; 6.Take charge of foreign currency exchange rate risk controlling; 7.Take charge of legal issues of whole china.
