Take the lead of product management from DR to SR;Develop new structure by DFX (DFM, DFA, DFQ, DFC) and DFMEA for meeting function, quality, cost request;Make test plan with QA, track test result and improve the failure problem;Design tooling for production line and supplier for higher efficiency and quality;Formulate work flow, work instruction and make guidance on production line;Take improvement for mass product, carry forward VE project and automatic robot on line by structure optimization and parts standardization;Decrease manpower of production line, by adjusting process orders and structure to improve production capacity.

Responsible for develop of refrigerator’s Door&Cabinet new parts made from Plastic & Metal Plating & Die-casting, as well for assembly parts; Follow up feasibility study of drawing design, for assembly optimization purpose, Moulding DR;Assemble 3D printing mock-up for design optimization analysis and improvement，tolerance analysis;Set up technical request documents, draft Working Instructions and Process Flow for single and assembly parts; Arrange trial-run for design and productivity verification; Analyze design rationality and material cost by B/M;Set up Cross-function Team for new project, and work together to define project timeline as well as project budget; Follow up project from beginning of DR until PV, check product reliability test, solving all the problems during design and pre-production, to ensure project moves per schedule with good quality.
