Job responsibility : provide service for poland &Czech republic country 1,technical support for PV system (string inverters& storing inverter) ; answer inverters data issue from cloud ; evaluate inverter replacement condition (RMA &zohoo system): prepare warehouse stock and faulty inverters pick upprocess; revise warranty information.2，Compile and translate standard instructions for after-sales related tools (battery host computer upgrade and DSP/ARM chip emulator burning ) document of SOP3，Provide training for our agents and new colleagues (introduction remote setting function of inverter monitoring platform; analysis of platform data reports and key points of faulty inverter analysis or disassembly detection)3,doing preliminary maintenance on string inverter at poland office (replace control board , AFCI board, battery fuse, IGBT, current sensor, bus capacitor/add resistance at auxiliary source circuit , and use an emulator to program DSP, ARM code into MCU .how to detects and determines LCD ,datalogger ,port voltages or ARM /DSP chips voltage .4，Collect customer needs and suggestions for products and provide feedback to the R&D, product and quality departments
