A-share/HK NYSE/Nasdaq IPO & Follow-on, A-share listco’s significant asset reorganization, CICC self-owned capital’s investment, etc. Deeply involved in the following executive projects: - A-share STAR Market IPO: QingCloud (688316.SH)、UniSound、Project Leading(a top player in China’s new energy vehicle market, launched to be co-listed on STAR Market with VIE+CDR structure shortly after its US IPO and FO)- HK IPO: Koolearn(01797.HK)、Anjuke、New Oriental Education（secondary listing，09901.HK）- US IPO：Wanda Sports、Project Pioneer（the largest Comprehensive veterinary services platform in China)- Significant Asset Reorganization: Wanda Cinima(002739.SZ)- Follow on Offering & Private Placement: Wanda Film(002739.SZ)、Li Auto（LI.NASDAQ）、New Ruipeng Group（private placement）- Investment：UniSound（at 3.8 bn RMB with a 20% discount to market price using CICC's self-owned capital）- M&A：Controlling Interest’s Sale of Shell Tongyi Petroleum Chemical Co. Ltd.、Majority Interest’s Divestiture of Jiangyin Tianjiang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd

- Participated in the H+A IPO program of China Galaxy Securities, filed working papers, updated IPO prospectus, self-checked company financial issues according to new policy and field research; Discussed the logic of AP/MP materials with H share groups, helped make road show documents- Assisted to make pitch book for a local commercial bank to issue subordinated debt

- Fully engaged in a market entry project for a leading European chemical products producer, conducted a background research on anti-caking agents, interviewed 30+ specialists in salt-chemical fields, cold-called 50 potential domestic cooperators, and established selecting criteria for joint ventures- Highly involved in a brand/products strategy restructuring program for a famous domestic heavy-duty truck manufacture, committed to the internal & external questionnaire analysis, comparable companies analysis, market positioning, internal organization re-structuring parts- In-depth participated in the SME module in a prestigious commercial bank’s program, responsible for leading companies’ analysis on both foreign and domestic banks
