Traveling to Holland office to work with designers for fitting the prototypes, sorting out the materials to be used for every season, discussing and writing the specifications for all the patterns.3. Checking fitting of the prototypes with technician to make sure the shoe fits well with our standard.4. Cooperating with agents to ensure samples are well made and finished on time.5. Solving the material MOQ problems for production.6. Looking for alternative materials if some specific materials are way too expensive.
