（1）As a team member, I design and develop the Mobile Switch Center management software, using C++ I develop the subsystem of Traffic statistics and Data management rnning on Windows Server, supporting the MSC product commercial success. （2）As a team member, I design and develop the carrier grade network element management software platform, using C++/CORBA I develop the communication frame and event subsystem running on Linux/Solaris, supporting Huawei M2000(for wireless product),U2000(for network product),I2000(for telecom software product) commercial success.（3）I research and develop fault emulation software for some Huawei product, including the disk fault injection tool for Oceanstor 9000, the Vmware ESXi 5.5 nic fault emulation for packet loss and transmission delay for Cloud Core Network product, the Posix socket system call fault emulation tool for Wireless product. I design and develop the Common Fault Injection Entry software to help to realize the reliability automated test for the first time.
