Primary Responsibility: Merchant and Sales Application Project Management- Business scheme: coordination of online business overall planning and business requirements.- Crossed departments coordination: coordination with IT tech departments, procurement and other departments/resources based on the business requirements.- Project supervision: Organization of the project development, responsibility of daily management of the project, supervision of the project progress.- Project testing: Lead the business or user for the project testing and manage the test report to every stakeholder- Project monitoring: Organize the project acceptance test, track the project status and project summary- Project optimization: Follow and optimize the project products and related processes according to the feedback from the market

Primary Responsibility: HC Pay Merchant Acquisition Process Design and Application delivery- Process design for merchant acquisition and loyalty programs.- Delivery of application for cooperative merchant and sales staffs includes but not limited to business requirement, solution review, system integration, user acceptance test, deployment support and hyper-care.- Cooperation with external vendor like banks and development team for the solution design and integration test.- Preparation and execution of the roll out plan.- Monitoring and optimization for existing processes and products

Primary Responsibility: Online POSL & Cash loan project coordination and O2O project management- Marketing research: Collect and analyze the information of current marketing competitors which includes the application qualification, required documents, application process, product installment, and product interest rate and so on.- Under a new Home Credit’s project, which in-cooperation with some of the country well known E-shop, to assist in confirming details of both parties’ data transfer, acquire the knowledge of processes of such kind of loan product, provide feedback/suggestions, and create UI.- Project training: Prepare training materials for new projects and conduct training to frontline colleagues.- Consumer behavior research: Conduct survey and analysis of consumer’s online shopping behavior. Purpose of the survey is to find out consumer’s main concerns when shopping online, which will be referred as main promotion/selling points of Home Credit own E-shop.- User Acceptance Testing: Be responsible of the UAT of Home Credit new projects in cooperative with E-shops.- Marketing research: Conduct research on popular APP, whilst doing survey of behaviors of Home Credit’s customers on own APP.

Primary Responsibility: - Product design: Update price list and calculator according to renewed cash loan product schemes.- Project training: Prepare training materials for new products and conduct training to front line colleagues - SMS template and welcome call logic: Design the SMS template and welcome call logic according to renewed cash loan product schemes.- Customer master data update: Upon receipt of customer master data update requests from frontline colleagues, use SQL to verify customer’s data in database and modify it accordingly when necessary.- Product sales report: Use SQL to export product sales volume, and write daily/monthly report to monitor sales conditions of cash loan product.- APP information collection and update: Work as the key contact person of cash loan product team, collect requirements from the team members and feedback to the colleague in charge of APP update, until set.- Reply esquires from front line: Reply any kinds of esquires relative to cash loan product, and follow up when necessary.- Product profitability calculation and under writing knowledge training: in order to support the online business, enroll in the product profitability calculation and under writing knowledge training
