As IT L1 operation service manager, my main responsibilities can be divided into two aspects or roles: HelpDesk governance manager and IT incident manager.From the HelpDesk governance perspective, the scope of responsibility covers IT call center, on-site service, VIP service, IT asset management, application system development and operation service, covering quality management, training management, human resource management, administrative management and other functions. Also responsible for service operation financial management, ensuring the accuracy and auditability of all relevant financial transactions and ensuring appropriate financial controls. From the perspective of the IT incident manager, the scope of responsibility covers all IT domain incidents, including L1, L2, vendor, Daimler COC and other levels of operations services.
