1. Develop and maintain test competence within range 2. Deliver department daily test tasks in time with high quality 3. Ensure daily operation with good ISO 17025 conforming4. Other department management includes:people development, business & cost development and balance, process setting up and continuously improvement

The objective is to ensure quality of finished products（sofa）meet customers ‘ requirement before delivery. To make it, daily responsibilities include:1. Finished products’ inspection internally and customers’ inspection on-site.2. Drive quality & process improvement based on quality problems occurred.3. Proactively work on quality during production Process and raw materials，based on customers’ complain and focus during on-site inspection.

1. Conduct and deliver running test for coming orders from client, on areas of furniture, cookware,candles, packaging etc.2. Response on any concern from client towards testing results 3. Support and give inputs on product improvement to clients4. Other team coordimation and support within department
