Project and Service Management : Lead the optimization of internal projects(Ld-Harvest & Invensys operation process migration with Industry China); Initiate value-added service offers and process, according to strategy, customer needs and competitor analysis (extended warranty service, inverter exchange offer, etc.);Product and quality Management : Monitor product performance and drive Product Evolution Process with Marketing / R&D / Factory Quality; Quality crisis management, work out action on quality issue with different departments; Participate in the company events, and exhibition preaching;

Logistic management : Involve in SIOP, crisis management, Optimize logistic process;Distributor management : Analyze and monitor sales trend and annual plans, to ensure the sales target are achieved.
