善长机械传动结构的创新研发设计，熟练应用齿轮传动力学结构，风叶吹吸空气动力学应用力学计算，电机功率配置设计经验规划层面：1．为企业设计从0到1的前端研发，专利结构研发；定制测试标准2．市场现有的产品结构进行改进，提高性能质量，降低项目成本3．根据企业的要求，制定新产品的研发方向，确定新产品的开发方案4．按企业的战略概念想法设计全新的市场空白产品替代原有的产品5．按全新的外形靓点或者按规划的结构性能特点设计全新的结构几何层面：1.首先大脑中构建几套可以实现功能的整体结构方案，2.根据思路方案画出大概的草图进行分析，然后分析整理出满足规划的最佳方案3.计算出符合结构功能的运动轨迹，满足安规现有工艺的制作要求如注塑 压铸 粉末冶金 拉伸 冲压 折弯 精加工等工艺力学层面：1. 根据产品使用的功能要求计算或者按样机测试出工作零部件的技术参数2. 根据工作部件的所需性能配置动力驱动参数、传动结构：动力驱动参数设定：空载转数 负载转数和负载功率要求、传动速比参数传动结构类型根据驱动速度传动力噪音要求等范围设定：齿轮 蜗杆 皮带 链轮等3. 根据各个环节的零部件所承受的力学强度性能配置合适材料：PA6 PA66 POM 粉末冶金 40Gr 65Mn 等材料装配设计：1.做到保证零件位置的精度：如齿轮安装，电机安装的装配，应分成两个零件对轴两端的轴承位直接对准安装固定，以保证不会错位2.做到生产线上工人能够轻松的安装，保证生产的效率：如需要插入安装的，两个零件必须要有锥度并且头部有倒角利于导向，对于轴向没有深度要求的情况，带锥度更能降低产品的尺寸精度要求3．保证整机安装强度，做到三方向固定锁紧五金件设计：1. 确保选用的材料符合产品的力学强度和工艺精度要求：如技术要求标注的表面粗糙度、硬度、精度公差范围、跳动、动平衡等要求2. 制作的技术要求能使用开模的尽量不用精加工件，降低成本，如噪音要求与强度要求不是特别高的情况下，采取粉末冶金或者锌铝合金制作，表面耐磨可以达到寿命要求的情况则使用POM或者PA6+GF材料注塑制作，塑料件设计：1. 确保选用的材料符合产品的力学强度和模具制作工艺精度要求：如设计的数据符合材料的注塑流动性能，注塑成型快，要求的进胶口可以符合制作等2. 必须确保变形系数在可控的安装精度范围内,如：安装槽的周边使用加强筋保证这个部位的变形系数变小，必须要保证的轴承安装位置不能有偏差的刚需要求，其他的次要配合放大间隙，以此保证产品安装要求最高的部位不错位，保障能够做到产品的性能要求零件整体尽量设计成类似球形曲面的形状，分散地球引力避，免有坑的的设计，以免产品冷却过程中地球的引力使压塌变形3. 脱模斜度不能有的情况必须做内滑脱开避免拉伤变形，产品的进胶位置和顶针的要求：必须确保产品的功能要求和模具制作要求，达成一致从而设计出更合理流道，成型的产品时间更快 密度更均匀 变形系数更小数据管理：1.对各个零件的数据从研发、手板、试制、小批、生产的每个阶段的状态分成文件夹，做到查看数据一目了然，以免出错搞混2.按照规划进度编辑每个零部件的进度跟踪明细表，对每个零件的制作做到全程把控，清楚的了解供应商的状态，对于出现异常的供应商做出及时的了解，协助解决异常问题3.每天工作开始前打开进度表查看各零件的制作完成日期，以免因其它事情而忽略进程结构创新降低成本的观点同档次产品降低成本的同时并且又能保证同等的质量，甚至提升性能1. 分析竞争产品的结构设计是否存在材料浪费、材料配置不善、动力配置浪费、动力配置不足等结构设计欠缺不合理等缺陷，针对以上问题优化设计2. 重新构建更好的整体框架，做到保证功能和质量的情况下；装配零件更少，零部件加工工艺少，产品体积更小，重量更轻，装箱量更多的新结构，从而实现原材料成本更低，生产速度更快，人工运作及管理成本更低，运输成本更低的产品3. 避开该产品的专利保护重点、做出自己的专利产品，做出自己的主打重点，当然这个重点是符合产品使用有帮助的重点4. 如果竞争样品的性价比和功能已经很难做出与之竞争的能力，那么就要考虑这个竞争产品无法操作的领域或者该产品加工之后还存在二次加工的配套产品还没有，那么就这个方向去做全新的研发工作流程1. 负责锂电园林产品的研发及制造。2. 根据客户需求或市场部和销售部的需求意向或潜在的模糊概念进行方案设计，规划新产品新结构要求3.根据产品新结构力学要求，规划新的传动结构、电机功率、控制器参数4.设计3D数据、2D图、标注制作工艺要求5.制作工程手板样机，测试实际工作要求、温升、耐久寿命等质量要求，做到客户认可6.产品评审，决定是否可以投入开发7.根据客户的反馈及发展趋势，和我们共同定出产品的规格要求，形成正式的新产品开发任务书。8.根据新结构设计新的外形、改善优化手办结构、制作BOM表9. 开模打样，然后我们组装样机，送到TUV或寄到美国或欧洲进行安规等方面的认证10.做工程试产，小批量试产，安排跟踪测试验证，进一步改善设计，大批量生产及与客户紧密跟进 11.量产后，如有生产线或客户提出问题，我们需要及时跟进改善产品，同时根据市场部的反馈及用户网上的评分及提出的问题持续跟踪改善，不断满足市场的要求
