I received my Ph.D. in organic chemistry from Shanghai Institute of Organic Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences. During his Ph.D. period, I focused on the research and development of novel chiral di-nitrogen ligands and related research on palladium-catalyzed asymmetric synthesis. He developed a novel chiral di-nitrogen ligand for palladium-catalyzed addition-cyclization of organoboronic acids with conjugated alkenes and Michael addition reactions. During his postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Hong Kong, I successfully improved platinum complexes as organic light-emitting semiconductor (OLED) materials for Samsung Electronics. During my postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Arizona, based on the improvement of the structure of Telaprevir, I developed various polypeptide molecules with great potential for fighting hepatitis C virus and Coxsackie virus (hand, foot and mouth disease). I also improved and developed some virus inhibitors to fight SARS-Cov-2, and successfully screened molecules with good effects in vitro, and partially explained the mechanism of their actions on proteins (cooperative project). In industry, I worked in China's leading CRO (Pharmaron), top big pharmaceutical company (Hengrui) and new biotech(Cholesgen) where I carried out different R&D work. Such as the establishment of small molecule compound libraries for Bayer, assisting management of a team with 10 FTEs to synthesize small molecule fragments for GSK; the management of 10 people’s team with various projects including chiral small molecules, linkers containing polymer fragments, small molecules and polymers in ADCs in which he was responsible for the early research, route development. I'm also responsible for molecular design， metabolic data evaluation， pharmacokinetic interpretation， management and communication of the CRO in medicinal chemistry for various projects, and the maintenance and update of the compound library. Now in Shanghai Coachchem Technology, as director of R&D, I focus on novel ingredient development in cosmetic industry. Some new ingredients will be launched based on our work.
