1. Be responsible for the overall planning of Logistics: logistics operation planning and management, improve and optimize the logistics system to meet the requirements of IATF16949 and MMOG/LE, guarantee the logistics delivery , optimize production and material routes, strengthen supply management, and gradually improve the efficiency and quality of supply chain operation;2. Operation management: logistics operation management involves multiple functions of warehousing and transportation. Logistics supplier's contract management, price management, KPI management;3. Team building: responsible for team building and management, including team performance assessment, personnel training and staff business skills promotion.4. 3PL management: responsible for the operation management of supplier, the supplier evaluation index set KPI (warehouse, transportation, delivery etc.) and the achievement of responsible, responsible for the supplier operation standards and supervise the implementation of SOP; the development of guidance and supervision of the new logistics suppliers, bidding quotation and research, bidding transaction.5. Establish logistics systems: lead the team to rebuild logistics system in order to reduce logistics costs and improves the efficiency of project advanced logistics and material control (the establishment of PFEP system, logistics automation, logistics standard work, SIOP system establishment and application process).6. Lead and implement the Logistic network optimization, analysis of tooling installed capacity and coordination with production plants for material requirement and make the logistics packaging, warehousing, transportation and materials planning of try out under control before SOP. 2. Achievement of North America supply chain security approval for 3 years by U.S.CBP；Achievement of MMOG/LE A class for all plants in China by Ford and supporting to achieve Q1 approval for 3 plants in shanghai.
