Familiar with performance development process, design, target setting &cascading (VDS/SDS/PDSDVP/FEMA), evaluation, standards and relevant testing.• Product development and management of E-drive chassis system (Air Suspension/Axle/braking/Steering), smart network connection system and smart driving, interior/exterior system (Seating/IP/Closure/Trim /Airbag/Bumper /Console) and body System; Extensive knowledge in Auto-component design; Experience in setting up and operating the business of auto supplier.• 20+ years experience and extensive knowledge in auto virtual performance simulation CAE & FEA. Familiar with virtual product development and lightweight design process, organization, management, standards and major software used in Auto Industry.• PhD from The Ohio State University and Master from Chinese Academy of Sciences: extensive knowledge in Mechanical Engineering, Material Science and FEA.• MBA from University of Michigan: familiar with modern business organization, structure, operation, HR, innovation, strategy planning, marketing, cost control, financial and accounting management.• Familiar with western/eastern culture & company operation with US/China experience and English/Chinese bilingual advantage.• Managed suppliers to support program delivery & built good relationship with US/Europe/China suppliers & OEMs.• Good communication skill, planning ability, training young people, high sensitivity of customer focus and responsibility;• Over 20 articles published in books/journals, 15 technical reports in conference/internal company and 10+ patents.
