全面质量管理

Zhejiang Science and Technology is manufacturing plant of Somfy Group. Somfy is world leader in smart shading industry which provide motors and solutions for home buildings and other application. As the quality and continual improvement manager, I am responsible for the overall quality management which include customer complaint handling, production quality control, material quality control,test lab management, project quality control and quality management system. Besides quality management, I am also involved in lean manufacturing, efficiency improvement, project management. Main achievement includes improvement on poor quality cost and respond time for quality problem solving, improvement on quality management process, etc.

Technimark Suzhou is manufacturing plant of American injection molding company. Technimark providing packing and solutions for cosmetic, food and medical industry. As the quality manager of Technimark Suzhou, I am responsible for the overall quality management which includes quality management and environmental management system, supplier quality, production quality, project quality and test lab.Besides the quality management, I am also in charge of ISO14001 environmental system set up and successfully achieve the certificate.

Fairchild Semiconductor, which is acquired by ON semiconductor on 2017, provides package and test for semiconductor. As the quality system manager, I am responsible for quality management system improvement, customer visit and audit coordination and action follow up and document controls. The quality management system was upgraded to TS16949 and passed the audit from Bosch, Continental, TRW, Huawei, LG, etc. Besides the quality system, I am also support on customer complaint handling, audit to supplier, and new product quality.

Bosch Suzhou provide automotive devices for automotive electronics, brake system, chassis control, car media.As the senior quality engineer under cross function department which provide support for 4 divisions, I am in charge of quality system maintenance and improvement and quality system audit, coordination of quality system team in division.Besides quality system, I am also support on quality assessment for new project, customer audit, audit to supplier, and document control.

tesa Plant (Suzhou) established on 2004, which produce industry tape for automotive wiring harness and electronic and electric industry. As the first batch of employee, I am responsible for set up of quality management system, customer audit, customer complaint and supplier quality management. tesa Suzhou successfully passed the TS16949 only after one year of mass production and passed the audit from YAZAKI, DEPHI, MG etc.

Hitachi Display Devices (Suzhou) was established on 2000, which provide LCD for PC and mobiles. As the first batch of employees, I got rich hand-on experience on quality inspection and testing, calibration, reliability test, supplier quality control, and ISO 9001 system.
