 Responsible for supplier process audit according to audit plan, follow up the improvement. Act as EPC overseas project supervision supervisor, coordinate with the owner and third-party agency inspectors to conduct follow-up inspection according to the approved ITP； Responsible for quality improvement of supplier(quality system, process, manufacture and products)； Conduct Third party agencies bidding and management; Support project bidding; Review project supervision engineers' and the third parties(SGS\BV\MOODY\TUV)'s inspection reports, reporting to the project team; Responsible for supervision, expediting and inspection of purchased machines\equipment; Carry out sub-vendor's pre-inspection meeting, production schedule and ITP review; Production expediting including production progress checking, delay cause, Investigation, corrective action suggestion and detail report; Responsible for complete the supervision documents; Recommendation of corrective action to the clients for problems of quality and progress delay; Inspection and expediting on pressure vessels, heat exchanger, boilers, coolers, fittings, tanks, steel structural, piping fabrication, etc.

 Support Atea group bidding team and provide quality technical support; In charge of the daily quality control and the quality team, including but not limited to the IQC of both site production and outsourced materials or products, the PQC, and the final product quality control. In charge of quality related measuring instrument management. In charge the quality of SINO corrosion coating technology co., LTD;  Cooperation with the 3rd party(i.e. TUV, SGS, MOODY) on inspection work ; Define the quality management objectives. Make efforts on the continuous improvement of quality management system, and take multiple solutions to achieve the quality assurance in whole process, especially in design, manufacturing.;  Lead the quality control and improvement work-out in the new product research , and be proactively involved in and plan for the trial run/testing. And make efforts on the production technical optimization; Lead the dealing with customer complains, including the root cause analysis, the workout and tracking of corrective and preventive actions; In charge of supplier quality management, with the involvement of process of supplier sourcing & selection, annual assessment, etc. Facilitate regular quality meeting to communicate all quality related expectations and requirements.

Supervise the fabrication of pressure vessels, tanks, structural steel, pumps, valves, piping systems, etc. Coordinating and expediting the plant schedule, support training coordinator in providing solutions for maintenance supervision and technicians learning and development, formulating planning(including hours, manual labor, cost, budget, etc), the risk factor etc. project initiate (kick-off meeting). Design a part of equipment or the PV (pressure vessel), vendor production schedule and quality/inspection reports review , check the quality for the PV, piping, steel structure, ele-equipment, etc. according to the PID, ISO spec., drawing, data etc.  Inspection on suppliers’ fabrication, assembly, installation, NDE, hydro-test, check their welded DA'IN, Get in touch with the long-term company to finish the project together, expediting of pressure vessels, tanks and structural steel, etc. Vendor surveys PV design in ASME codes or Chinese National Codes Supervise subcontractor fabricating & installing per ASME codes or Chinese National Codes Piping fabrication and assembling per PID documents Maintain the manufacturing equipments & machine.

 Equipment, piping, pressure vessel & attemperator installation & commissioning inspection, in charge of the whole project, which included the biologic zymolysis new plant and the chemosynthesis new plant. Maintain the plant equipment & piping system (including piping, valves, pumps, cooler, instruments, check the spare parts, materials.) Review fabrication drawing and specification.  Communicate with subcontractor and coordinate with relevant parties to solve the problems encountered in design and purchase raw materials. Inspection and quality control of manufacturing process, welder qualification, equipment and quality system maintenance, and subcontractor evaluation.  Make the schedule for production and control the progress of production, and resolve the problems encountered in production. Supervise the quality control, test. Participate in the evaluation on commercial and technology contracts for the projects of chemical equipment, piping.  Be responsible for the installation of chemical equipment, as well as the construction management at job site. Commissioning and coordinating as an instrument engineer and site representative  Make the schedule for equipments installation at jobsite according to the contacts and the progress of civil activities  Control the cost according to the construction progress and quality  Supervise the project quality, progress, safety to make sure the project can be finished as scheduled timeframe
