Special experiences as below:-2007.07-2008.03: conversion from oil tanker to heavy lift in Zhoushan COSCO Shipyard.-2008.04-2008.09: as the machinery surveyor to involve the projects of Chemical Tanker 16,500 deadweight in Shanghai Jiangnan Newbuilding Shipyard.-2009.09-2010.03: Lead conversion project from oil tanker to bulk carrier in Zhoushan Longshan Shipyard.-2010.10-2013.09: Be project manager of the newbuilding of bulk carrier 206,000 deadweight in Shanghai WaiGaoQiao Newbuilding Shipyard.-Pass the MSA China Surveyor Test in 2012.

-Be supervisor of lift platform conversion project for series of RO-RO vessels -Be supervisor of the modification or new installation of hydraulic oil piping in Single hull oil tanker conversion to double hull many times-Carried out the engineering investigation and maintenance repair for main engine, auxiliary engine, auxiliary boiler and shaft system etc.

Worked on general cargo and oil tanker vessels for five years, be promoted to second engineer in 2003. Be familiar with the systems and structure of vessel equipment.
