Develop, improve and make use of methods and systems(harmonized/in line with the requirements of the Freudenberg Group/FHP Group) for Planning Reporting Decision-supporting(MIS/DSS/Early warning Systems) Measurement of performance and profitability .Ensure compliance with legal, fiscal and financial obligations . Review the business process regularly and provide support with appropriate/proven IT systemGive a conclusive and consistent picture of the economic situation of the company by -make permanent checks of important internal and external factors of influence for the economic development and by using the methods and systems of - cost controlling/analysis of deviations - benchmarking/target setting - identifying risk areas - investigating alternatives . Be the joint-owner of the business policy of the company-Important experience: Act as project leader to successfully implement ERP; due diligence for group acquisition case and provide comment from the point of view of local finance; Migration of Local IT system to global IT system; Successfully turnaround inventory situation during short-term logistic manager role (Part-Time)

Report to General Manager and Finance Manager of holding company in Switzerland, regularly preparing local reporting package and group reporting package, drawn up Company Manual, brought about accounting by electronic data processing. Also in charge of human resource, local purchase and logistics ,legal affairs and etc.

Check all materials' flow, including purchasing, receiving by warehouse, put into production and balance, and also payment to suppliers.
